A FUN 4 EVERYONE DIVE & RELAYS CHARITY EVENT
Join us on Sunday August 26 in an effort to raise funds for Cure ATRT Now. AT/RT is a rare form of brain tumor. One of our Fox Hunt families, the Alexanders lost their son Vincent on December 29, 2017 to this rare form of childhood cancer. Vincent was 10 years old. You may visit Vincent’s tribute page here: https://www.cureatrt.org/vincentalexander
We invite you for an afternoon filled with fun relays, a diving competition and food at the pool to honor sweet Vincent.
Put a relay team together and join us for these great events:
“Rock/Paper/Scissors Relay”
“Floaties Relay”
"Fire The Cannons Relay"
"Cap & Goggle Relay"
“Rubber Duckies Relay”
“Biggest Splash Contest”
Ready to join the fun? Register as an individual $5 (we will try to find you some fun team members so you can participate) or register a 4 person team $20 (there are no restrictions as to who can be on your team, as long as all participants can swim).
Please send an e-mail to publicity@foxhuntswimclub.org to register for this event by Thursday, August 23, 2018 by 6 pm. If you are registering as an individual, please simply send us your name and age. If you are registering a team, please send us your TEAM NAME and the names of all four team members.
We will take registration payments at the time of the event. Please either bring cash or check to pay for the registration.
Pssst.... You can even bring a friend who’s not a member of Fox Hunt to participate and FX will waive the pool entry fee in lieu of the event registration payment, but we will need the participants’ names prior to the event so we can provide a list of participating non-members to the guards.
We will fire up the grill and have burgers & hot dogs for sale from 4:30–6pm.
We are also looking for some grillers & food servers to help during the event. Please send an e-mail to publicity@foxhuntswimclub.org if you are available.
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT INCLUDING EVENT REGISTRATION FEES AND PROFITS FROM FOOD SALES WILL BE DONATED TO CURE ATRT NOW IN HONOR OF VINCENT ALEXANDER.
