Private Party Rules

  • The Social Chairperson must approve this party.

  • Scheduling is on a first-come-first-serve basis in writing or email.

  • This party must be sponsored and supervised by a Fox Hunt Swim and Tennis Club adult member in good standing.

  • The party sponsor is responsible for the conduct of guests and ensures that all Fox Hunt.

  • Swim and Tennis Club rules are followed.

  • Failure to maintain an orderly party may require its cancellation.

  • The pool manager or guards are NOT responsible for set up or clean up of the party.

RENTAL FEES

  • Guest fees:

    • $3/person (pre-paid) minimum 48 hours before event

    • $5/person day of event

  • Children age 13 and under must have at least one adult chaperone for each four children present.

  • All guests regardless of swimmers or non-swimmers must pay the guest fee

  • A “no show” allows Fox Hunt Swim and Tennis Club to retain your reservation fee and pre-paid guest fees.

  • Guest fee pre-payment form will be sent after reservation fee is received.
