MemberSplash registration for new members
1. Log In to MemberSplash: Visit foxhunt.membersplash.com and click on the Login link at the top of the page. You can also access this page by going to our main website at www.foxhuntswimclub.com and clicking on Member Login in the menu bar. Use the username and password you setup on the initial membership request form. If you forgot it, please use the “forgot password” tool.
2. Add/Delete Members: You will need to add all family members you intend to have under your account. DO NOT add Nanny’s or Au-Pair’s here, you will do that in step 10 If a member is not added they will NOT be able to access the pool. To do so, click the ADD MEMBER button and add any members needed. If you need to delete a member, click on DELETE next to each member and delete. Please remember, all members must have the same permanent address.
3. Edit Member Information: Edit all info for yourself. To do so, click on EDIT next to each member's name and edit phone, email, gender, member type and/or date of birth.
4. Edit Account Information (optional): You can change your username here, change the billing contact and update your address.
5. Upload Profile Images: Upload profile images of each individual in your family membership under their name. To do so, select each member, hit EDIT and add each photo by clicking on the CLICK TO UPLOAD IMAGE icon. All members are required to have a picture on file. Please use a close up, head shot or cropped face photo. Photo should be of the individual ONLY, do not use group photos. Use the below as a guide:
6. Emergency Contact: Add emergency contact info, click on EDIT next to emergency contact info and add the correct info.
7. Complete Member Agreement: Click on “Member Agreement” form under each adults name in the “Members” section. Agree to each of the acknowledgments and submit.
8. Select Membership Type: You can select “Make A Payment” under “Payments” OR click on the BIG banner at the top of your login page “Make a Payment”. Once you have clicked you will see all the available membership type available to you at this time. Ensure the total number of family members you listed in the previous page does not exceed the membership type. Once selected you will see the associated fees displayed.
9. Guest Passes: if you’d like to purchase guest passes you can do that at this time. Select the book size and quantity.
10. Au-Pair/Live-in Nanny: If you have a live-in nanny or Au-Pair you would add them here, they will be automatically added to your account once your payment has cleared.
11. Complete Payment: A quick note on credit cards, there is NO FEE for using a credit card and your account will be immediately activated. If paying with Check your account will not be activated or be able to access the pool until your check has been received and cleared with our bank.
Credit/Debit Card (now without FEES!!) - If you are paying by credit card, enter credit card number, expiration date and CVV.
Check - If you are paying by check, please download and print the invoice you will see on the page and mail into the address provided.
